Katie Markwell serves as the senior vice president of advisory services for Celerity, the business and technology consulting group of Randstad Global Technologies. She is responsible for all aspects of client service and global delivery for its advisory offerings and verticals. With a career spanning eighteen years, her expertise lies in service excellence across business and technology domains, including customer experience, agile delivery, and operational transformation. She helps organizations and their leaders drive clarity, respond to change, and improve overall performance. Katie currently resides in Falls Church, Virginia, with her husband and their two Lakeland Terriers.
