Biography
Ian Johnston is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of Heidrick Consulting’s global leadership team. Previously based in Singapore, Ian led and built Heidrick Consulting in Asia-Pacific. He has worked in 63 countries over the past 20 years.
Ian has more than 25 years experience working with CEOs and senior leaders to support the transformation of their organizations with a focus on purpose and growth mindset. He has significant experience strengthening leadership, organizational performance and culture in large international businesses. His work focuses on culture as a potent component of competitive advantage. This underpins client strategies for profitable growth with a stakeholder focus.
