Synopsis

At first glance, Colette is an ordinary grandmother: plastic hat on her head, lace doilies on her lamp shades, card game night on Tuesdays, and regular doctor visits to check up on her imaginary illnesses. In short, the classic surly widow-type.

In reality however, Colette has been meticulously crafting this ‘old-lady’ character for years in order to upset her son, who already sees her as bedridden… She secretly reads erotic manga, swaps her rollator for a skateboard and goes to cabaret evenings with good friends. She is living her best life, until the day she notices something strange: someone has been secretly leaving flowers and notes on her late husband’s tomb.

To solve this mystery, Colette will have to find allies and unearth some secrets. Alongside Madeleine, her childhood friend with Alzheimer’s, Thomas the over-excited thirty-something, and the smooth-talking Maurice, the adventure has only just begun…
