Voruz, Frédérique

Frédérique Voruz is an actor and writer who began her career at the age of 21 with Ariane Mnouchkine and the Théâtre du Soleil troupe. In 2016, she left them to put on her one-woman show, Lalalangue – Everybody Take Some and Eat It All Up, directed by Simon Abkarian, a fellow cast member from Electre des bas-fonds, which won three Molière awards in 2020. Her one-woman show has become her first book, a cruel but hilarious tale about maternal savagery.
