Biography
Pablo Trincia (1977) has previously published Veleno (2019) with Einaudi Stile Libero, a bestseller that has become a docuseries produced by Freemantle and broadcast on Amazon Prime Video. Trincia, journalist and writer, was born in Germany and speaks ten languages, including Farsi (his mother is Iranian), Hindi, Swahili, Wolof, English, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, French, and German. He studied African Languages and Literatures at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London. As an investigative reporter, he collaborates with PeaceReporter and writes for La Stampa, Panorama, l’Espresso, and Vanity Fair in Italy, and for Berliner Kurier, Die Welt, and The Independent abroad.
