Biography

A journalist by training, Raphaël Tillet quickly found himself working in the restaurant industry. He spent ten years there—by turns a bartender, assistant manager of a Parisian restaurant, or dishwasher in the depths of grimy kitchens. He now works as a freelance writer and is working on a novel, when he’s not hanging out in a bookstore, surfing the web, or watching a rugby match.
