Mavrikakis, Catherine
Biography
Catherine Mavrikakis was born in Chicago in 1961 to a Greek father and a French mother. She teaches literature a the Université de Montréal. Standing as a major figure in Quebec literature, she has published several novels published in many countries (France, Italy, Sweden, Greece) and received many awards for her work (Prix des collégiens, the Prix des librairies and the Grand Prix du livre de Montréal).
