Mauduit, Xavier
Biography
Xavier Mauduit is a French university lecturer and has a PhD in history. His thesis on the house of Emperor Napoleon III won the Mérimée Prize in 2013. He worked for many years at the French public radio channel France Inter. Since 2017 he has been a regular fixture on the current affairs show ‘28 minutes’ on the European culture TV channel Arte, and he currently hosts ‘Le Cours de l’histoire’ on France Culture.
