Massé, Mireille


Running coach, Mireille Massé has followed specific accredited training for runners and sportsmen. Mireille has been teaching yoga for sportsmen for over 5 years, as well as collaborating on several blogs and giving lectures at many sports events and yogist gatherings. In the spring of 2018, she collaborated to Jean-Yves Cloutier’s book Marcher au bon rythme.
