Biography
Jeremy Leggett is an award-winning social entrepreneur and critically-acclaimed author whose books include The Carbon War, Half Gone, and The Energy of Nations. He is founder and a director of Solarcentury, the UK's fastest growing renewable energy company since 2000. An Entrepreneur of the Year at the New Energy Awards, he has been described by the Observer as 'Britain’s most respected green energy boss'. He has won a Gothenburg Prize, and was the first non-Dutch winner of a Royal Dutch Honorary Sustainability Award. An occasional writer for national media including the Guardian and the Financial Times, he maintains a website blog on the opportunities and dangers of tech.
