Kokopello
Biography
After studying film at Paris VIII University, Antoine Angé, born in 1991, worked in the field of classic film restoration. At the same time, he began a career in political cartooning under the pseudonym Kokopello. He followed the 2017 presidential election, working with five different campaign teams as an ordinary volunteer. He then explored the French National Assembly to create the graphic novel Palais Bourbon. He contributed to Carnets de campagne in 2022 and published La Tour de Babel in 2024 (all his books are published by Dargaud/Seuil), a deep dive into European institutions.
