Jansen Reventlow, Nani


Nani Jansen Reventlow (b. 1978) is an acclaimed international human rights lawyer. She founded Systemic Justice, an organization dedicated to advocating for marginalized communities across Europe by taking their legal cases to court. In recognition of her pioneering work on decolonizing digital human rights, Politico listed her in 2021 as one the most visionary tech leaders in Europe. As demonstrated through impressive standard-setting court cases on issues like press freedom, Nani’s work has real-world impact and changes people’s lives for the better. She has received a number of awards and honours by prestigious institutions, including Harvard, Oxford, and Columbia University. Nani grew up in Amsterdam, as the daughter of a white Dutch mother and a Black Malian father. She currently lives with her husband in Copenhagen, Denmark.
