Husson, Valentin
Biography
Valentin Husson is a philosopher and teaches at the University of Strasbourg. He is the author of numerous books on ecology and food. Notably, he published L’Écologique de l’Histoire (Diaphanes, with a foreword by Jean-Luc Nancy) in 2021; L’Art des vivres. Une philosophie du goût (PUF) in 2023; and Les cosmologies brisées (Kimé) in 2024.
