Biography
Since Je t’aime à la philo, quand les philosophes parlent d’amour et de sexe (Robert Laffont, 2012), Olivia Gazalé has conducted transdisciplinary investigations, using sources as varied as philosophy, history, sociology, theology, psychology, biology, and literature. Her second book, Le Mythe de la virilité, un piège pour les deux sexes (Robert Laffont, 2017), became a reference work for its innovative thesis on masculinities.
Olivia Gazalé taught philosophy for twenty-five years, notably at Sciences Po Paris and at Les Mardis de la philo, which she co-founded.
