Biography

Cinabre is Nicolas Druart’s fourth novel, after Nuit blanche (2018 Psychological Suspense Grand Prix), Jeu de dames (2019), L’Enclave (2021 Embouchure Prize). A 35-year-old nurse in Toulouse, he describes the cracks in people’s minds with the precision of a surgeon’s scalpel, serving up a dark, suffocating and masterful thriller.
