Biography
Author and illustrator Laurence Cruse studied first in Penninghen and then won a scholarship to pursue her work abroad, attending the Beaux-Arts in Warsaw. She then moved to New York, where she published her first children’s books before returning to France. Her books include: Robert and the Statue of Liberty, A Village in Normandy, Seymourina A Peace Odyssey, L’homme illustre et les fleurs, Le Petit Chaperon Rouge, Les rois mages among others.
