Bubba, Angela
Biography
Angela Bubba was born in 1989 in Catanzaro and lives in Rome. Her first novel, La casa (Elliot, 2009), was shortlisted for the Premio Strega, Premio Flaiano, Premio John Fante and Premio Berto. She writes novels, short stories and non-fiction. She wrote the essay Alberto, Elsa und die Bombe published in Germany by Das Wunderhorn. She holds a PhD in Italian Studies on Anna Maria Ortese.
