Biography

James Brogden is an author specialising in horror and dark fantasy. Partly Australian, he grew up in Tasmania and the border regions of Cumbria before settling in the suburbs. He now lives in the Midlands with his wife and two daughters, where he teaches English. His short stories have been published in various anthologies and periodicals. His most recent novels are The Plague Stones, published by Titan Books in March 2019, and Bone Harvest, published in November 2020. He self-published The Strandling in 2022. Specialising in folk horror, he has gained a solid reputation among Anglo-Saxon horror fans and has never been published in French.
