Following the teachings of Saint John’s Book of Revelation, the author tells the tale of the end of the world. A young Brazilian girl, “niece” of the celestial being who came to Earth anonymously to prepare the final destruction, serves as witness. The problems began when the rules established at the beginning of the Christian era come up against modern technology, overpopulation of the planet, and the almost unbelievable number of people gathered to rise from the dead. Facing the hindered organizational chart of the Apocalypse, the story’s eyewitness counts on the help of the angel Balthazar as a newsbearer. Besides describing the happenings, she helps her celestial aunt, who has been unable to comply with Saint John’s teachings of two thousand years ago.
